So, make sure that all the information that you entered is valid. To avoid or fix such errors, you need to input correct information while setting up the account.

After setting up the user profile, you may be able to send and receive e-mails through one user account but sending/ receiving can fail on the other account. This issue normally happens, when the e-mail server settings are not configured for the faulty user account or the server information is entered incorrectly. You need to enter the server details for each e-mail account even if you use same e-mail server for all the accounts.
