In order to save the Eudora contacts to a CSV file, you have to select the 'Tools|Address Book' from the menu. Then you have to select 'File | Save As' from the menu. You need to make sure that CSV files is being selected under each of the file type. You have to type 'Contacts' below the file name and have to click 'Save'. After that you need to import the Contacts.csv file to the other E-mail program. In case of any stumbles while importing, you have to open the 'Contacts.csv' files in a spread sheet program. Try to delete any errors that may be present there. You could also add the column headers that the E-mail program would expect, remove the Eudora nick name or try to arrange the columns.
Firstly, go to 'Start' and then 'Control panel'. You have to look for Folder Options. In that click 'View'. You need to select 'View hidden files and folders' radio button. You have to uncheck the box next to Hide extensions for known file types as well. Then you have to go to 'Search' and type 'nndbase.txt'. When you find the exact file, you need to right click, then copy and then paste to some location. After that you have to double click the text file to open it. The code would be mingled with address book contacts. You need to delete those codes and then save those addresses to as .CSV. Then by using the import feature of the E-mail client you you can import it. If you are not able to find nndbase.txt file, it could be possible that the file has corrupted. In that case you need to manually copy and then past addresses from Eudora to your other mail client
