Error Codes 523
This error can appear when the total size of the message you have sent exceeds the size limit on the recipient’s server. Most of the companies give their servers limited size for e-mails in order to prevent their system running out of space as a result of spam attack. The spam e-mails contain large attachments and as a result the error message appears. Before sending an e-mail you have to check the size of the e-mail and attachment. If the e-mail is comparatively bigger than the recipients’ server then you have to split the e-mail into two or by checking the maximum size of the recipients e-mail and considering the FTP arrangements between you and the recipient you can also solve the problem.
Error Codes 530
This error code comes with an error message "Authentication required". This is found usually when the server g needs an authentication. This also occurs when your server has been blacklisted or if the recipient’s mailbox does not exist. This can be solved by entering a valid e-mail address or username and password. If the server is blacklisted you have to de-list your server and then send the e-mail.
This error message occurs when the transaction fails. There is permanent error trying to complete the mail transaction by resending the messages in its current form. Some changes should be done for successful delivery. 544 errors can also occur when the server believes your e-mail is a spam or your IP address has been black listed. This can be solved by resending the messages with some changes and delisting the IP address.
