Step 1: Start ‘Outlook Express’.
Step 2: On the ‘File’ menu and click on ‘Import’.
Step 3: Click on ‘Other Address Book’.
Step 4: Click ‘Text File’ (Comma Separated Values), and then click on ‘Import’.
Step 5: Click on ‘Browse’.
Step 6: Select the ‘Mail Backup folder’.
Step 7: Click on the ‘address book backup.csv’ file, and then click ‘Open’.
Step 8: Click ‘Next’ and then click ‘Finish’.
Step 9: Click ‘OK’ and then click ‘Close’.
