In POP3 download section, select the option to enable POP for all mails. After making all the choices click on 'Save Changes' icon and the process is completed.
Add Gmail in Windows Live mail
To add Gmail account to Windows Live Mail, you need to start the account. After that, you need to click on 'Add an e-mail account' icon in the pop-up displayed, enter your email address, password, display name and then click on 'Next' icon. Windows Live Mail asks you to enable your POP3 in Gmail account which you have already done in the above step. just, click on 'Finish' icon. Thus, Gmail account is now set up on Windows Live Mail e-mail client.
If the e-mails from Gmail account added to Windows Live Mail are not being sent, then you need to configure its properties to show the correct e-mail outgoing server port number. To do this, you need to right click on Gmail account and click on 'Properties' from the drop down. Select the 'Advanced' tab and then in the outgoing mail (SMTP) text field you need to enter 465 or 587. Click on 'Apply' button followed by 'OK'. Before winding up, make sure that 'my server requires authentication' option is checked.
