You can then click on 'Create a new group' button and see all contacts displayed. It will bring up 'Create a new group' dialog.
Enter New Contact Group Information
You can see three options in 'Create a new group' dialog. Under "Enter a group name" option, you need to enter contact group name. You need to select contacts which should be part of the e-mail distribution list under "Select contacts you want to add to the group". You can then see a list of e-mail addresses of the contacts which you selected. After doing all these steps, you need to click on "Save"' button. Windows Live Mail will now get access to the newly created distribution list. You can simply double click on distribution list name to edit the group.
