Then select ‘Import and Export’ and select ‘Import Internet Mail and Addresses’. Click ‘Next’. Now select the application ‘Outlook Express 6’ from the list and make sure that the check box near ‘Import Mail’ is marked. Click ‘Next’ and select the ‘Allow duplicates to be created’. The procedure will a bit more difficult when Outlook Express 6 and Outlook 2003 are in different computers. First of all, open Outlook Express 6 from the computer where it resides. Access ‘Tools’ menu and click ‘Options’. Select the ‘Maintenance’ tab and click ‘Store Folder’. Copy the entire path in the “Store Location” dialog box. Paste the path you just copied in the ‘Run’ which can be accessed from ‘Start’ menu. Hit enter and a new window will appear which is the file folder of your Outlook Express 6. Copy the entire Outlook Express 6 folder to a removable device or to a network location where both the computers have access. Now paste the file folder from the removable device or network location to any location in the computer where Outlook 2003 is installed. Open Outlook Express 6 and access ‘Options’ from the ‘Tools’ menu. Select ‘Maintenance’ tab and ‘Store Folder’. Hit ‘Change’. Provide the file folder location which you just pasted. Click ‘OK’. Now e-mails can be imported to Outlook Express 6 from this Outlook 2003 using the method described previously.
