First click on the tools menu and followed by accounts. Now click on the add button and select Mail. Then in the ‘your name’ page type the name and click on Next. Now type the e-mail address in ‘Internet explorer address’ page and click on the next button. Now enter the type of the server, name of the incoming mail server and outgoing mail server in ‘email server name’ page and click on Next. Then enter the account name and password in the ‘Internet mail logon’ page. Now click on the next button and then on finish button.

For configuring the e-mail account in Microsoft Outlook Express, click on the tools tab and select accounts, after opening it. Now click on the Add button and select mail from the opened box displayed in the users screen. Now enter the name you want to display to others and click on next button. Then enter your e-mail address and again click on next. Now set POP3 as server type. Now enter the incoming mail server and outgoing mail server and click on next. Then enter account name and password and click on next and then on finish button. A window will get opened in your screen now. Now click on your domain name and then on the properties. Now another window will get appeared in your screen. In that select the servers tab and put a check mark next to ‘my servers requires authentication’ and click on ok button.
