Select ‘Signatures’ tab and check the box near 'Add signatures to all outgoing messages'. Optionally you can disable signatures while replying or forwarding a message. Type the text you want as the e-mail signature in the 'Text' textbox. Make sure that the 'Text' radio button is selected. Click ‘OK’ and now your e-mail signature is created.
Microsoft Outlook Express also allows the users to select a file as an e-mail signature. To assign a file as your signature, go to ‘Tools’ menu and click ‘Options’. Select ‘Signatures’ tab and check the box near 'Add signatures to all outgoing messages'. Now, instead of selecting the 'Text' radio button, select the 'File' radio button. The ‘Browse’ button will now be enabled. Click on it and provide the file which you want to assign as the signature. Click ‘Open’ and then ‘OK’. The selected file will now be send as the signature with all messages you send. Note that, only text files and html files can be set as signature file.
