How to Fix Outlook 2010 is Not Opening Error

Step 3: Then in the registry, navigate ‘HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Windows Messaging Subsystem’.
Step 4: Under ‘Windows Messaging Subsystem’ delete the ‘Profiles’ key.
Step 5: After that restart your PC and try to start Outlook 2010.
Install Latest Service Pack or Microsoft UpdatesÂ

Use Microsoft Update

If you notice many outlook.exe in the list, select all one by one and select ‘End Process’. As soon as you end all the Outlook processes, restart Outlook 2010.
