Step 1: Click "Start" and then click "Run".
Step 2: In the box type "Control Panel" and press "Enter". (In case you are using the 64 bit version of Windows, double-click ‘View 32-bit control panel in control panel for the mail icon to display)
Step 3: Open the "Mail Setup" box.
Step 4: In the “Mail Setup" go to "Show Profiles".

Note: By default, both the Outlook Address Book and the personal folders (.pst) files are automatically added to each new email profile, except for the ones created in Microsoft Exchange Server.
