Interrupted connection with the server
This error is caused due to an interruption in the connection with the server. Such interruptions are generally caused by SPAM e-mails. These SPAM e-mails have typical malformed headers, which is the main cause of this error. To overcome this problem, open the account that contains the corrupted e-mail and simply delete it. When this problem occurs, Microsoft® Outlook® shows the error code “0x800CCC0F”.
Sometimes, Microsoft® Outlook® may show you the message “Mailbox Full” and not receive your e-mails. This error occurs when the optimum size of the mailbox is reached. To solve this error, you must delete some of your e-mails from the mailbox. Besides this, the software setting of your e-mail client has to be configured to delete the copy of the e-mail after it has been downloaded. However, it should be kept in mind that, as the size of the mailbox cannot be increased, routine cleaning of your mailbox is required.
