Then double on that to start the repairing process. Then click on ‘browse’ and select all the PST files on the system. Then click on ‘Start’ to scan file errors. If any errors were found, click on the check box which is placed near the 'Make backup of scanned file before repairing' and then click on 'Repair'. After completing the repairing check Microsoft Outlook for any kind of bugs still exist there or not.
If still the bugs are there with Microsoft Outlook, then it is better to create a new profile. For that first click on ‘Start’ and then select ‘Control Panel’. Then select ‘Mail’ and ‘Show Profiles’. Then type there a new name for a new profile and select 'Prompt for a profile to be used'. Now click on 'OK' to finish it. Now open the Microsoft Outlook 2003, and there it will ask for which profile you want to use. There choose the new profile and continue to Microsoft Outlook.
