After selecting this option you need to uncheck the add-ins you do not need.
Disable using Add-in Manager
In order to disable add-ins in Microsoft Outlook 2003, you need to open Add-ins Manager in MS Outlook 2003. For opening Add-ins Manager, select Tools. From the list of options you need to select ‘Options’ and select ‘Advanced Options’. After selecting this Advanced Options you could see the option to select Add-ins Manager. Then you need to uncheck the add-ins you do not need.
You could disable add-ins by using the Registry. To open the system Registry, open Start and select Run. In the run textbox you need to type regedit. Then you cold see Windows Registry Editor. There you need to navigate to ‘HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINESOFTWAREMicrosoftOffice OutlookAddins’. Finally you need to look at all subkeys of Addins. To disable a particular add-in, set its ‘LoadBehavior’ key to 2.
