Insert signature in messages automatically
An e-mail signature could be added in messages by clicking 'Tools' menu from the main Microsoft Outlook window and then click 'Options'. After that, click the 'Mail Format' tab. Then click 'Message format' and then 'Compose in this message format list'. Next, select an e-mail account enter the signatures for new messages and also for forwards and replies. You would be able to use a different signature for each message.
Signature could be inserted in a message manually. This could be done by opening the message first and then clicking on the area where you want to insert signature. Then point 'Auto Text' from the 'Insert' menu and then select the signature that you decide to use in the message. If the signature which you want to insert in the message is not there then it is suggested to click 'More' and then select the signature that you requires from the signature box.
