Finally, you need to select the name of the person or group with whom you wish to share your calendar from the scroll box, or type the name into the Search box. Click on 'Add' button and press 'OK' to go back to Calendar Properties.

In order to set the calendar permission, you need to add the contact from the scroll list in Permissions tab of Calendar Properties dialog box. To select the permission level, you can use Permission Level drop-down menu. Then you need to select or deselect options in the 'Read', 'Write', 'Delete Items', and 'Other' sections to customize your preferred permission levels. Click 'OK' to save changes. If you want to modify the permissions after saving you need to right click on My Calendars list and select 'Change Sharing Permissions' option.
To set calendar permission, you need to select 'Permissions' tab. Here, you can add the users or groups to whom you want to give permission to access your calendar and press 'Add' button. After adding users and groups, you need to click 'OK'. Permission level can be user(s) or group name or access level in the permissions list.
