Outlook 2007 also allows the users to configure the Cached Exchange Mode. You can either set the mode to download both Headers and then Full Items, or any one of the two. ‘Download Headers and then Full Items’ first downloads all the Headers and then download the Full Items. ‘Download Full Items’ will download the header, body and attachments at the same time. ‘Download Headers’ will download only the headers. The full item can be downloaded while you open the item. ‘Download Headers’ require less storage space.
