To make new PAB active on the second computer, you need to copy PAB file to your profile. To do this, start Microsoft Outlook and select 'Services' from 'Start' menu. Select 'Personal Address Book' from 'Series' tab and click 'Remove'. Again, on the 'Service' tab click 'Add' to open 'Add Service to Profile' dialog box. From this click 'Personal Address Book' and then click 'Ok'. Type the path of new PAB file in the path box and click 'Ok'. Restart Microsoft Outlook and your new Address Book will be available.
