In the new window which would appear, you need to choose the folders that you need to apply the view. If you nee to manage and edit views, you would click 'View tab' firstly. Then choose Manage Views. If you need to change the settings for current view, you would click the View Settings. In the new window, there would be many options and you could modify columns, grouped by, sorting order, filtering etc. To save the view you would click View tab. In that, you would click Save Current View as New View. Then enter the name and save it. After that, the view would be showed in change view options. You would click that for applying the view.
In Microsoft Outlook 2010, there is any option for recalling or resending the mail. There are chances that you would accidently send the mail and needs resending. You would then go to folder of sent items. You would then open the mail that you need to resend. Then, click office icon present in the top of mail. In the settings, there would be any option to resend or recall the mail. When you choose 'Recall This Message', a pop up would open and ask more options. If you select to resend the mail, there would be new mail window open with all content and you could resend that.
