Query Builder searching

Advanced Find and Related Message Search
Advanced Search box will provide you an array of search options. This box includes three tabs, namely Messages, More Choices and Advanced. You may open the Related Message Search by clicking on the 'Related' option and then select 'Related Messages'. Microsoft Outlook 2007 will list all the e-mails from a particular sender, if you click on the ‘Message from Sender’ option.
You can create rules for messages such as common senders, subjects and e-mail groups. First of all, find out the message criteria, like common senders and e-mail groups. Then, open the rules dialog box and make sure that you are inside the folder in which you have to apply the rule. Click on ‘Rules and Alerts’ option from ‘Tools’. Select the ‘Email rules’ tab and click on ‘New Rule’. You may follow the onscreen instructions to complete the creation of rule.
