Using Registry Editor
By selecting Run from the Start button you need to type regedit in Run text box and press Ok button. From the Registry Editor window you need to navigate to HKEY_CURRENT_USERSoftwareMicrosoftProtected Storage System Provider. After right clicking on it you need to choose current logged in user and click on Advanced from the Permissions window. Then you need to select the checkbox named 'Replace all existing..........' and click OK. After that you need to delete the subkey under Protected Storage System Provider and close the registry editor and reboot the machine. Finally you need to open icrosoft Outlook and save your password in account settings under Tools menu.
By Using Remember Password
From the MS Outlook window you need to choose Tools and Options. From the Mail Setup tab you need to select Mail. Then you need to select 'View or change existing e-mail accounts' item. (it should be selected already) and click on Next button. After selecting the account which you want to modify you need to press Change button. From the given window you need to choose ‘Remember password in the Logon Information’ option. Finally you need to select Ok button.
Create Password for Microsoft Outlook
After opening icrosoft Outlook you need to you need to select File and select Data File Management to open the Account Settings dialog box. From the Data Files tab you need to select the Personal Folders file and click Settings to open the Personal Folders dialog box. Then you need to choose the Change password button. In the New Password box you need to type new password. The password can be up to 15 characters long and case-sensitive. After reentering the password in Verify password option, you need to select OK.
