Importing to Microsoft Outlook in other system
In the next step, you have to open the Microsoft Outlook in the new system. Then, go to 'File' and need to click 'Import and Export'. Next, click option 'Import from another program or file' and need to click 'Next'. After that, you have to click the Personal Folder File (.pst) and click Next. You have to then type the name of pst file and the path that you need to import and again click Next. After that, you have to choose the folder which you need to import and then click Finish.
You would firstly open the Microsoft Outlook and from File menu you would open the Import and Export. After that, you would click the 'Export to a file' and need to click 'Next'. Click the 'Comma Separated Values (Windows)' and then, click 'Next'. You would see a list of folders. From that, you need to click the Contacts folder and would click 'Next'. You would then browse the folder in which you have to save the contacts as .csv file. You would then type the name for exported file and have to click OK. Then, click Next and Finish. You would then open the e-mail client to which you are transferring contacts from Microsoft Outlook. There is an option called 'Import contacts'. You would click that and then browse to file which was exported earlier.
