To Set-UP Windows® Mail Rules
Guidelines To Set-Up Windows® Mail Rules
The Windows® mail rules can be used to organize your mails and messages for helping you find them easily and quickly. The mail rules can also be enabled to avoid data loss in your Windows Vista ® system. You can create separate folders and specify rules so that e-mails related to a particular topic or subject can be allocated to that specific folder automatically. You can do the same task manually or by creating a folder and dragging the required mails to that folder. This task can be avoided if you are using Windows® mail rules. You can also set rules to flag particular messages for taking actions later or delete your unwanted messages by creating necessary Windows® mail rules in Windows Vista® system. In addition to this, the Vacation Auto-Response enables auto-reply wherein you can respond to your mails even outside your workplace.
Here is some information that can help you to create Windows® mail rules and set-up a vacation auto response in Windows® mail:
- Create Windows® mail rule
- Vacation Auto-Response setup
- Turn-off Auto-Response
