Once the wizard finishes, your account will have been created with the details you provided.
Removing an account from Windows Mail is easy. To remove an account, open ‘Windows Mail’. Then open the ‘Tools’ menu and select ‘Accounts’. Find the account you want to delete and click on it. Click on the ‘Remove’ button. Click ‘OK’ or ‘Yes’ in the confirmation window. The selected account will now be deleted from your Windows Mail program.
At times you may encounter errors while adding an account. Usually this occurs while you try to add an existing e-mail account. This is because some of the settings of your existing e-mail do not match with that of the Windows Mail account. The mismatched settings will probably be related to POP or IMAP settings. To fix this issue, go to the settings page of your existing account. Find the settings for 'Forwarding and POP/IMAP'. Make changes so that it will allow forwarding the e-mails received in this e-mail to your Windows Mail account.
